Open for Business

Developing the 150 acres in the Conant Thread district is a top priority for the Cities of Pawtucket and Central Falls. Both Cities have a clear and consistent vision for development in the district. They have formed a special Joint Planning Commission to facilitate consistency on both sides of the city line, streamline regulations for developers, including a special zoning ordinance, administrative tax stabilization agreements, flexible financing plans and reduced parking requirements.
